One of my monthly local client gifts was a free large drink and pastry at Fairmont Coffee Shop, located just across the street from WSU. I'm so glad I tried it out. This little shop was full of so much deliciousness! I had a Hibiscus Twist hot tea with honey and a grilled cheese. I will definitely be back for both of these yummy treats.
Sedgwick County Zoo

I love a fresh tortilla!
Molino's just opened their new location at 21st and Rock Road. The midtown location is a sit-down restaurant, but the new smaller location has you order at the counter before taking your seat. This is good for a quick eating experience. This location still features my favorite dish, Elote. It's a warm creamy corn dish. They make your tortillas fresh as you go through the line and you can even order a package of 8 tortillas to go. I enjoyed my trip first trip to The Rusted Rooster on a cold windy Kansas Day. My adventure partner Beth joined me. She likes exploring Wichita as much as I do. The shop is a cozy little place and even has a couch and game area to relax. A great place for high schoolers in Andover to relax after school.
